My husband and I went to an apartment search, and it only took this one (as the third one we visited) to know this was the place. From the same beginning, everything was clear: the fees, the facilities, the communication, and attention to answering questions. Aleena helped us every step of the way. We come from a US territory that is really loud, and Lofts at 5 Points definitely gave us what we needed: peace and quiet. It's a central place, you have everything you need nearby. They are also pet friendly and I noticed everyone is responsible with their pets. The appartments inside are comfortable and just what you need for a simple life. To be honest, this place was just what we needed and just what we were looking for, and we could not be more pleased with the decision.

They have reasonable rules and regulations and are on top of communication. If there are questions, they have answers. They have designated spots for dogs and are very accommodating when it comes to pets. They have what they require ready for you at all times. I thoroughly enjoy staying here and I’m sure my dog does as well.

I travel frequently for work and move to different places quite often. I moved in the loft at 5 points in November 2023. I needed to find a new rental urgently. Fortunately, Gabriel and Karisa helped make my move an easy process. The application process went smoothly without any issues. I particularly appreciate that they were transparent about all the fees involved, which they disclosed to me before I applied for the rental. When I arrived they welcomed me and even assisted me with the movers as they arrived before I did. The apartment is beautiful. When I arrived everything was clean and in great condition. I am thankful for their help and support throughout the entire process. They have an excellent management team.

We moved a little over a month ago and have loved our new place for sure! We worked with Amber to get our new place and she has been amazing to work with.
