I’m extremely grateful for my experience at The Lofts at 5 Points so far! Moving to Utah from out of state was a big transition for me, but the leasing office made the process feel welcoming and comfortable from the very beginning. A special thank you to Samantha in the leasing office. She has been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She made me feel like more than just another resident and was always willing to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. The Lofts at 5 Points has a really great environment that already feels like home. As someone starting a new chapter in a new state, having a place that feels comfortable, welcoming, and inviting means a lot. I’m excited to continue making this place my home and would definitely recommend The Lofts at 5 Points to anyone looking for a new place to live!

Clean and straight forward

Moved in about a weeks ago, and I’m very impressed with the quality of the construction and the thoughtfulness of the layout/design of the apartment. Samantha in the leasing office was super lovely and helpful throughout the whole process, and even sent me updates about which units were available through texts, which I preferred. This led to me getting all of the things that I wanted in my apartment placement, and at a lower rate than when I first looked. I’m extremely grateful for her being so on top of it! The facilities are well-maintained, and I’m very excited to be living here.

Staff is friendly and good to work with. Maintenance responds to requests quickly and efficiently. The office staff gives good notice ahead of events like scheduled power outages and fire alarm testing.
